We accept many different private and commercial insurances. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your contracted insurance provider for services rendered.

We always recommend that you contact your insurance provider to insure we are in-network and to verify which services are covered. 

Some of our patients do not have an insurance policy, and that's okay with us. We accept alternative form of payment such as cash, checks, money orders, debit cards, and credit cards.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer payment plans to patients who may need financial assistance.
