Kimberly Newton is a dynamic Medical Practice Administrator with 24 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations and team leadership. Known for bridging the gap between clinical teams and business objectives, she specializes in streamlining daily workflows, optimizing revenue cycles, and ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large and small clinical teams with strong leadership, extensive knowledge of Orthopedic specific RCM, and always campaigns a patient-first culture.

Beyond the office, Kimberly, in her spare time enjoys spending time with her husband and fur children,  eating at new restaurants, visiting with her close family, traveling to the beaches and mountains or even enjoys a nice romance book by the pool.
